Leigh The Spartan's debut single Floating Out heralds the arrival of an exciting, original talent in British music. A blend of atmospheric, cinematic production, soulful vocals and thought-provoking lyrical flow, the song explores some of the key issues young people face today, from relationships and mental health to outright self-avoidance. At a time when many of his peers are struggling to rebalance and find their way in the post-covid era, he offers a strikingly personal take on challenging times.

ABOUT
Leigh The Spartan is an 19 year old producer, singer, rapper and multi- instrumentalist from North London. He studied Music at The Brits School and Production at Point Blank. Although this is his first solo single he hails from a highly respected musical family and has been involved in music for many years, performing at festivals with the likes of Jazz Jamaica and Gary Crosby’s Guava. He has recorded with MistaJam, Vula, Laura White and award-winning jazz artist Cherise. He has done studio sessions with Grammy Award winning producer Seani B and Ollie Knight, and composed for film and TV music production company Dirty Soup.
